CAAS En Plein Air artist in our outdoor studio

Each year CAAS offers  the opportunity to work together in the beautiful Central Australian landscape.  Crisp sunny afternoons are a great inspiration for creativity and socialising. Many people pay thousands to join art camps here.  We can do it for free.

10 MINUTES FROM HOME…is the theme for 2015

We will organize En Plein Air a bit differently this year. Each session will be at a surprise location (or one agreed by the group).

  • How:
Each month we will meet at the Art Shed, Crispe St at 3:00pm. From there we will move to a location approx 10 mins drive away. The sessions usually end at approx 6:00pm
  • When :

    • 24th May
    • 21st June
    • 19th July
    • 16th August
    • 20th September

First session – 24th May
To make it easy, the first session will be at the Art Shed, Crispe St, starting at 3:00pm.
We will stay there and sketch around the block, so grab you gear and we’ll see you there.
Tea, coffee and bikkies are available or BYO

The program is being coordinated by Dugald. Call him on 0409 174 719 with any enquiries.

Please send the secretary your photos from our meetings to be uploaded here.  (See ‘Contact Us’ page) Also upload your photos directly to our Facebook page if that’s your thing.
